An enzyme-active gentle exfoliator / mask. Plant enzyme action lifts dead cells, 'draws' impurities, plumps skin.

Application: multiple uses:

Method No 1. A very gentle, yet effective exfoliator for all skin types, including fragile and couperose skin (skin with visible surface blood vessels).
Massage onto face for at least 30 seconds, or longer, in shower, leave on for as long as possible before washing off ('draws' impurities). For best results don't dilute with water.

Method No 2. A ‘drawing’ treatment for pimples and acne areas: apply thickly to pimples and acne areas, leave in place for several hours to encourage healing and to reduce redness and inflammation. 
Wash off or rub off as a dry exfoliator. (For even more effective results apply over Acne Anti-Bacterial Serum.)
(Temporary skin pinkness can sometimes occur for 10-20 mins after use of this product as a drawing treatment/mask.)

Method No 3. A plumping, firming face pack: first apply a Simplicité serum for nutrient infusion and if possible 1-2 pumps Simplicité face oil (aids mask removal as it becomes very firm.)
Apply Exfoliating Face Treatment thickly to face, neck (décolletage too if desired). Ensure coverage is evenly thick. Leave on for at least 30 minutes, or several hours.
Wash off.
(TIP: The best way to remove the mask is in the shower - and using a little One Step Exfoliating Cleanser helps immensely + gives even more gentle, nutritive exfoliation.)

It is recommended to reapply serum after the treatment so the concentrated nutrients help to give the best possible results - continue then with normal routine.

Method No 4. Enliven dull, tired-looking skin: first apply first apply a Simplicité serum for nutrient infusion, then at least two pumps of the appropriate Simplicité face oil (gives nutritive 'slip' for the following method: 
Apply Exfoliating Face Treatment thickly over face and neck (décolletage too if desired). Massage firmly in circular motions with fingertips for 3-5 minutes. When the mixture is too dry to continue either wash off immediately or leave on for another 20 minutes for additional results.

I try to use the Exfoliating Face Treatment as a weekly mask - (often after the rub-off Rosehip and Lavender Complexion Refiner). I always apply one of the serums to infuse under it - I also massage in some face oil over that too so the Treatment comes off more easily at the end.
I can't recommend this routine highly enough - it's THE way to achieve firmer, beautifully soft skin with a translucent 'glow'.

I also love to use it a couple of times a week as an exfoliator in the shower. The enzyme action achieves a different result from the One Step Exfoliating Cleanser - David told me it addresses the smaller particles of sun damage as opposed to the One Step addressing the larger particles. (Now we know!)

Our sons often use the Exfoliating Face Treatment on pimples as an overnight drawing treatment. Believe me, they wouldn't be putting this porridgy mixture on their faces if if didn't achieve results...
