I haven’t used your website before - how do I shop online?

Shopping online with Simplicité is easy, secure – and simple. Just add the products you wish to purchase to your basket, register as a new member and check out.

I can't login with the details I've always had.

If you are an existing www.simplicite.com.au customer and this is your first time visiting our new website, you will need to re-register when you arrive at the checkout. You will then be sent an email confirming your login address (your email) and giving you a new password. 
To change this password back to your familiar one (or any other) click on 'Lost Password' when you are back at the checkout. You will then receive an email with a token to change your password.

If you have already registered as a customer on this website and have forgotten your password, click on 'Lost Password' when you arrive at the relevant page in the checkout.

How can I get help in choosing the right products for my skin?

I haven’t received my order – what do I do now?

If you have waited the required delivery time and your order hasn’t arrived, please see below 'How do I track my order online?' below for instructions on how to track the status of your parcel online.  Should you require further assistance please contact us.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes – you can request gift wrapping during checkout and for a small charge send a beautifully wrapped present to the person of your choice.  You can write a personalised message to the recipient and also request that the invoice not be included with the order.

^To check if your delivery address is within the Australia Post next day delivery network click here. Customers located outside the next day delivery network or in regional Australia should allow an additional 1-3 days for delivery.

Important! A signature is required on delivery, and anyone at the delivery location can sign for the parcel. You may nominate a residential, business or PO box address for delivery. If nominating a business address please ensure you include the business or company name in the address field (this is a mandatory requirement).  Customers are required to pay a re-delivery fee if parcels are returned to Simplicité due to insufficient delivery (address) details.

Insurance

Insurance cover is available - up to a maximum of $1000 if goods are lost or stolen during transit.

Please contact us if you need to make a claim and we will refer you to the respective freight and shipping companies who administer the insurance.

Insurance cover is not valid if you request an authority to leave a parcel without signing for it.

Authority to leave without a signature

If your parcel is being delivered to your home address you can authorise for it to be left without a signature.

You may request this service in the comments box during checkout. Be sure to provide clear instructions on where you would like the parcel left.  Simplicité and its freight agents will not be held liable for lost or stolen goods.

Free shipping

Orders of $150 and above qualify for free shipping. Occasionally Simplicité may offer free shipping on orders with no minimum spend as a promotional offer.

Order status

Registered customers may view the progress of a recently placed order and view all previous orders by signing in to “My Account”.

Track your order online

Once your order has been despatched you can track the delivery status of your parcel -

If the tracking number supplied to you by email begins with YM, visit the Australia Post eParcel website and enter your unique consignment number into the area provided (make sure the consignment number is selected and not the article number).

Please note: Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to update.

International shipping

Same day dispatch

Orders received before 1pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day.  Orders received after 1pm or on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

If we experience any delays in processing your order we will contact you within one business day by email.

Delivery times

International orders are shipped by Registered International Air Mail and a signature is required on delivery.  Delivery times vary from country to country so we recommend you allow up to 21 days for your parcel to arrive from dispatch date.

During peak holiday periods please allow additional time for your goods to arrive as delays can be expected.

Import duty and customs

Most countries charge import duty tax for goods purchases from overseas.  The amount you have to pay can depend on the value of the goods and the customs laws of the particular country.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges vary based on the total combined weight of your order and the destination country.  The applicable delivery charge is displayed during the checkout process prior to making a payment.

Order tracking

International orders can only be tracked via the Australia Post helpline, on 13 11 18 - they cannot be tracked online.
